Fast, bright and made to work just as well on the radio as it does at peak time in a club or on a festival main stage, "F_ck it (I don't want you back)" is the new single from Ely Oaks and sirinens, out now on JINX Music. The record takes one of the most recognizable breakup songs of the 2000s - a blunt message to a cheating ex - and rebuilds it around Ely's signature sound: a high-tempo electronic beat, a clean, straight-to-the-point structure and an energy built for big rooms, turning a bitter kiss-off into something a crowd can shout back at the DJ booth. It follows Ely's single "Self Aware," released on September 11, and his remix of Gryffin, BUNT. and Inéz's "World Away," which arrived on September 18, in a year that has already brought his official remix of Taylor Swift's "Opalite" and "Gravity," his collaboration with Steve Aoki and SACHA, to name only a few. The single also sets the tone for his next long stretch on the road: an extensive North American tour starting in November and running into 2027, with stops in Dallas, Portland, Seattle, Boston, Houston, New York, Miami, Austin, Detroit, San Francisco, Denver, Orlando, Toronto, Montreal, San Diego, Los Angeles and more. The song he chose to rework carries plenty of history of its own. Released by Eamon in 2004, the original spent four weeks at No. 1 in the UK, led Billboard's European Hot 100 and became the first chart-topper in UK history with an explicit word in its title. Twenty-two years later, it has landed in the hands of one of the busiest touring names in dance music - and when Ely's run of shows moves to North America this winter, it's set to become one of the loudest moments of the night from Seattle to Miami.

"The idea came from Siri [sirinens] and we both absolutely love the original Eamon song. It's definitely one of those songs that immediately triggers an emotion especially if you know it from earlier times. The moment I realized that this version really added something special was when the chords of the bass came into play. It adds more energy and also a darker vibe, compared to the laid back beat of the original. This gives the whole song almost a new meaning. After it went viral across Instagram and TikTok, I'm so happy to finally share this full version with everybody." - Ely Oaks

Born in the ski resort town of Kitzbühel, Austria, and now based in Berlin, Ely Oaks has emerged as one of dance music's fastest-rising names. Known for his fusion of commercial dance accessibility and underground energy, Ely has cultivated a global fanbase with close to 10 million monthly Spotify listeners and over 1 million followers across TikTok and Instagram. In 2024, TikTok crowned him the #1 most-followed DJ in Germany, underscoring his ability to connect with fans both online and on stage. Ely's career catapulted into the spotlight with his viral single "Running Around," now at over 150 million streams and featured in Spotify's Songs of Summer 2025 campaign. His collaborative hit "Borderline" with LAVINIA climbed to #35 on the UK Singles Chart and #17 on the German Singles Chart, solidifying his crossover appeal. Other standout releases include high-profile collaborations with Alok ("Tsunami") and Timmy Trumpet ("Sound Of Da Police"), alongside official remixes for heavyweights like Marshmello, Nate Dogg, and most recently, James Hype. Shaped by an eclectic musical journey - from early obsessions with indie band Foals, to a teenage metalcore phase centered around Bring Me The Horizon, to being kicked off from a school band, to discovering EDM through a Skrillex remix - Ely built his sound on diverse foundations. After early experiments in dubstep and a stint with the touring duo ZOOTAH, Ely launched his solo project in 2021. A viral remix of Florence + The Machine's "Spectrum (Say My Name)" proved a breakthrough moment, setting the stage for his rise as a solo artist. Beyond the studio, Ely has brought his energetic sets to iconic stages including Tomorrowland, Ultra Australia, Ushuaïa Ibiza, and EDC Orlando. His ability to craft hard-hitting productions that thrive both on streaming platforms and in live settings cements him as a rare dual force in today's dance landscape. From meme-driven TikTok virality, to signing to German indie label JINX Music, to heavyweight festival slots, Ely Oaks represents the next wave of global dance music as an artist who turns personal history, eclectic influences, and online creativity into a flourishing career.
