Cinematic melodic bass artist NURKO - one of the scene's most technically gifted producers - releases his new album "Solstice," a 19-track debut body of work built on emotional, melodic, pop-driven bass music. The album brings together a wide cast of cross-genre collaborators, including Kiesza, iann dior, Micah Martin, Casey Cook, Crystal Skies, Amidy, Monika Santucci, VNDETTA, Stefan PVDS, and more. It's the work of an artist who has spent years at the top of the melodic bass world thanks to releases like his collaboration with ILLENIUM and Valerie Broussard, "Sideways," which reached the top 10 of Billboard's Hot Dance/Electronic chart and has drawn over 40 million streams, while his acclaimed 2022 debut EP "Arrival" carried him onto his first headlining tour, taking in rooms like New York's Webster Hall and Los Angeles' Hollywood Palladium. Centered on the idea of turning toward the light, "Solstice" moves through emotional transition, resilience, personal growth and the tension between light and dark - the themes of healing, heartbreak, hope and grief that have defined NURKO's music and forged a deep connection with fans around the world. The record arrives alongside a full album-themed tour that will be unveiled in October 2026 and will officially begin in March 2027, with confirmed dates across Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Seattle, Portland, Toronto, Montreal, Dallas, New York, Chicago, Minneapolis, Atlanta and more. The release of "Solstice" also marks the launch of Thrive Together, a mental health initiative NURKO is founding in direct connection with the album and the narrative of his music.

This album came from a really personal place - the ups, the lows, the moments where you're trying to find light again, and the people who help you get through it. A lot of my music has always lived in that emotional space: healing, heartbreak, hope, grief, resilience, and finding your way back to yourself. Over the years, fans have told me that these songs helped them through some of the hardest moments in their lives, and that's something I don't take lightly. That's also why I wanted to launch the mental health initiative alongside this album. 'Solstice' is about turning toward the light, and the initiative is a way to take the emotional connection people feel through the music and turn it into something real - community, awareness, resources, and support. About NURKO
New York-based Jack Leech, known as NURKO, was born to be an artist. Coming from a family of musicians, he picked up drums and piano early on, blending classical knowledge with a passion for electronic music subgenres. NURKO burst onto the scene with his distinctive melodic bass and airy leads. Early singles like "Goodbye" and "Your Embrace" gained attention from YouTube curators such as Chill Nation and MrSuicideSheep in 2015. He amassed millions of streams with hits like "Let Me Go" and "Sunsets" before his high-profile remix of Halsey's "Without Me" earned over 50 million streams on YouTube in 2018. In 2019, NURKO partnered with Proximity on "Breathe Without." Since then, he has collaborated with and remixed top artists like Gryffin, Seven Lions, Said The Sky, JVKE, Adventure Club and Dabin. His collaboration with ILLENIUM and Valerie Broussard, "Sideways," debuted in the top 10 of Billboard's Hot Dance/Electronic chart and has over 40 million streams. In 2022, NURKO's debut EP "Arrival" received critical acclaim, leading to his first headlining tour with 16 stops including New York's Webster Hall and Los Angeles' Hollywood Palladium. That same year he signed with Astralwerks, joining artists like Alesso, Alison Wonderland and Chris Lake; his label debut, "Eternity" with Dayce Williams, marked a new chapter, and his sophomore EP "Discovery" went on to earn over 30 million plays worldwide. NURKO closed out 2024 with his EP "UNITED," featuring singles with Haliene, Jordan Shaw and Ryland James, cementing his place in electronic music.
